2021 learning course: complex social and organisational systems deep dive.

March 2021, New Zealand
Purpose and overview
As levels of complexity increase across the globe, thestandard complexity reduction approach isn’t working. A new approach—complexity absorption—is needed. To be able to absorb and work with complexity, one must acquire entirely new bodies of knowledge, intuition and ways of acting

This course is intended for professionals and studentsthat want to establish an understanding and intuition of complex social and organisational systems, and how they can apply this knowledge and intuition to real world problems and opportunities

Students can expect a deep, rich, and intimate learning experience, combining theory and knowledge with praxis in a stunningly beautiful mountain landscape

Although this course involves movement through mountain terrain, it doesn’t require any technical skills. However, a reasonable level of fitness will come in handy-Some pre course reading will be required during January and February to ensure all participants have a similar base level understanding at the outset in March
